Founded in 2004, NBRAM is a specialized manufacturer of high-performance electrical insulation and heating components. We focus on producing mica-based products (including mica sheets and mica tapes), thermostats, heating elements, and ceramic components for both industrial and consumer applications.


With core expertise in material science and thermal management, NBRAM’s products are widely applied in appliances, automotive systems, energy equipment, and electronics. We emphasize innovation—developing heat-resistant mica composites for insulation and precision thermostats for accurate temperature control.

The NBRAM factory is a modern manufacturing hub that integrates R&D, production, and sales, specializing in high-performance insulation materials and heating components. Equipped with automated production lines, precision testing laboratories, and a strict ISO 9001–certified quality management system, it ensures end-to-end control from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery. Through vertically integrated processes, the factory enhances efficiency and consistency, enabling rapid response to both market demands and customized customer requirements.


NBRAM Production Line Overview

NBRAM operates integrated production lines for high-performance mica products, ceramic components, and heating elements. Its mica tape production uses automated systems combining feeding, powdering, drying, laminating, and winding for uniform output.


1. Mica paper manufacturing employs precision paper-making processes (including wet web formation, pressing dehydration, and drying) with moisture content tightly controlled (0.2%~0.5%) for optimal insulation.


2. Mica board production involves hot pressing (100-300°C, 0-40MPa) and machining, delivering products with exceptional heat resistance, flame retardancy, and insulation for EV battery protection.


3. The ceramic high-temperature line features intelligent sintering furnaces (up to 1700°C) with AI temperature control (±0.5°C) and silicon nitride body processing for high-density ceramics.


4. Heating element production utilizes flexible manufacturing systems with AGVs, automated storage, and real-time monitoring for automated powder filling and heat treatment5. All lines comply with ISO9001 certifications, ensuring reliable industrial materials..
