Among them, the mica roll for power transformers uses high-purity muscovite raw materials, with breakdown voltage strength reaching over 35kV/mm, effectively improving equipment safety margin. For special motor insulation needs, we developed flexible mica rolls with tensile strength reaching 120N/cm² while maintaining good wrapping performance. Notably, our flame-retardant mica roll developed for rail transit not only passes UL94 V-0 certification but also maintains integrity for over 90 minutes at 800℃ flame, buying valuable time for personnel evacuation.

Our production base features advanced mica paper production lines, through precise coating process control, keeping mica roll thickness deviation within ±0.02mm. Each batch undergoes 15 strict tests including voltage endurance, temperature resistance, and flexibility. Recently, our new generation nano-composite mica roll developed in cooperation with Xi'an Jiaotong University Materials School achieves corona resistance life over 5 times that of traditional products, expected to play important role in new energy fields.
